Uses standard scripts and procedures to promote products and services. Being a Contact Center Representative - Outbound processes orders and documents customer requests, interactions, outcomes, and feedback in the system. May make follow up calls to confirm details of orders or provide additional information. Additionally, Contact Center Representative - Outbound requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Contact Center Representative - Outbound works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Duncan Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Navient, is a full-service tolling and parking management company and a leading provider of business processing services to government clients, including citation processing, debt collection, and integrated parking and tolling customer service.
Collectors at Duncan Solutions are responsible for contacting citizens nationwide regarding their unpaid parking citations, tolls, and municipal debt to negotiate and establish repayment, while documenting important account information for each call.

Pay is $15.50 an hour monthly bonus opportunity!

REQUIRED TRAINING HOURS (PAID):
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (3 weeks)
Responsibilities Include:
Communicate with customers regarding their parking citations.
Communicate with customers to collect delinquent funds and bring closure to past due accounts
Ensure all accounts are worked within client standards and Federal Regulations
