Animal Dermatology Group’s Corporate Office in Newport Beach, California is seeking a Customer Service/Contact Center Representative to join our newly created support team. We are looking for someone who enjoys coming to work each day with the following qualities:
As a veterinary Customer Service/Contact Center Representative, you will work in a freshly renovated, business casual environment and tasked with supporting the efficient operation of our remote (multi-state) veterinary practices by creating and confirming appointments via in and outbound calls, text messages emails and chat sessions. and coordinating these appointment changes with the individual clinic locations.
In addition, this position will require participation in Outbound campaigns to reach out to new and existing clients as needed. These activities could include but not be limited to checking on prescription renewals, interrupted treatment schedules, communicating promotional events / service specials and in general support our antigen processing services programs and ADG corporate services as needed.
