Responsibilities of the Outbound Sales Representative

• Communicate with customers and prequalify sales leads by using various platforms
• Schedule appointments
• Offer solutions based on client’s needs
• Update database with customer contact and status information
• Perform other related tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Outbound Sales Representative

• Experience with inside sales, especially in technology, preferred but not required
• Experience with phone-based customer service
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Hard worker who is also dependable and willing to learn
