We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative in our Business Development Center. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through inbound and outbound calls. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and have strong communication skills. Automotive experience is not necessary. We are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound service and parts phone calls in a professional and courteous manner (roughly 100 outbound calls per day)
- Provide prompt and accurate information to customers regarding vehicle services and other questions that may arise
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and ordering recalls
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately update customer information in the system
- Direct inbound phone calls to appropriate department
****Responsible for covering overflow internet and phone sales leads during closing shift (Typically 2-4 hours a week - Must obtain a sales license - study materials provided) ****
****Must be good with being on the phone most of the day****
****Must be willing to contribute to the overall success of the dealership****

Schedule:
-Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday schedule 9am-5pm
-Must be willing to work from 11am-7pm one day per week (more if covering vacation time for another person or if you prefer that shift)
- Will rotate working Saturdays from 9am-5pm (day off during the week if you work Saturday)
- 40 hours per week
