Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Access Clinician in Northern Worcester County.
The Certified Community Behavioral Health Center initiative within Community Healthlink is an agency-wide initiative to increase access to the full range of community behavioral health services and to improve the behavioral health and quality of life of the population of focus in Worcester and Leominster, MA through the certification of CHL as a CCBHC and the expansion of our community behavioral health clinic services that align with both CCBHC certification and the needs of our community.
The Access Clinician for the Call Center will support the newly designed Call Center as part of CHL’s new initiative as a CBHC to increase client access to services. The Call Center Clinician will work closely with the Call Center Specialists to support the clinical needs of clients entering the agency for the first time as well as those in crisis seeking support. Acting as the clinical bridge between the Call Center and the YMCI and AMCI teams will be an essential part of the Call Center Clinician’s role. Clinical coordination with outside agencies will also be an important piece of the Call Center Clinician’s function. The Call Center Clinician will be considered a part of the Call Center as a whole, spanning both locations.
