Customer Service/Inside Sales/Delivery Representative

We are a leading decorative hardware company that offers a wide range of products and services to homeowners, contractors, designers, and architects. We are looking for a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our business.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from existing and potential customers
• Understand customer needs and requirements and provide solutions that meet their expectations
• Process orders, quotes, invoices, and returns in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Generate new sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling techniques
• Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Deliver orders, as needed, to job sites.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service and/or inside sales, preferably in the decorative hardware industry
• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• A positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset
• The ability to lift 50 pounds 
• Reliable transportation
