Contact Center Scheduler is responsible for monitoring the contact center workload and scheduling function. Assists in analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Being a Contact Center Scheduler utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Assists in maintaining and adjusting staffing schedule assignments to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Additionally, Contact Center Scheduler may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Scheduler work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     The RN in the Contact Center provides nursing care primarily through telephone triage and consultation.  She/he follows established nursing standards and protocols. The nurse supports the Contact Center and clinical department operations by handling emergency symptom calls in real-time and providing phone consultation for non-emergency symptom-based calls.  She/he delivers care that is sensitive to the unique needs of the ages and conditions of the caller, and identifies and attempts to solve problems during the triage process and follow-up. She/he is responsible for the delivery and documentation of quality patient care in accordance with departmental policies and procedures, and in collaboration with other multidisciplinary staff.

     Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Education
    • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
    • Licensure in Massachusetts as an RN.
    • BLS certification Bilingual skills preferred.
    Experience
    • 1-year relevant nursing experience in a community health and/or ambulatory care setting preferred.
    Skills/Abilities
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
    • Familiarity with the use of a personal computer in a Windows environment is preferred.
