Assists in maintaining and adjusting staffing schedule assignments to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Additionally, Contact Center Scheduler may require a bachelor's degree. Position Title: Scheduling Clerk

SUMMARY:
The scheduler is responsible for scheduling and maintaining schedules for all medical and dental office visits. The scheduler will also coordinate provider schedules with the Clinical Supervisor.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. High school diploma or GED certificate, required.
2. Associate Degree in Medical/Dental Office Management or Medical Assisting, preferred.
3. Experience may be substituted for Degree.
4. Must have BLS within 90 days of employment
5. Must have vehicle insurance
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
Prolonged sitting or standing may be required. Those physical movements and the degree of mobility, manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination normally associated with receptionist duties in a clinic office setting will be performed on a repetitive basis. This also includes bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, pulling, pushing, and walking. Moderate physical activity which requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day. Working under stressful conditions as well as irregular hours may be required.
