Analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Maintains and adjusts staffing schedule assignments to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Additionally, Contact Center Scheduler, Sr. may require a bachelor's degree. First New York Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Specialist- Contact Center (MSS) position in our Contact Center located in Colonie, NY.
Previous financial branch experience in a credit union or bank is preferred. The MSS provides credit union services to members via telephone, internet, and mail.
This is a full-time position for an individual with outstanding customer service, writing and communication skills.
