About You:
As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience. You'll handle a variety of tasks, including:

• Greeting patients warmly and answering phones politely and promptly.
• Scheduling appointments effectively, considering patient needs and doctor availability.
• Verifying insurance information and processing payments accurately.
• Obtaining patient medical history efficiently and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Assisting with other administrative duties as needed.

We're looking for someone who:

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and prioritizes accuracy and efficiency.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Is a team player, adaptable, and eager to learn new things.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and has a basic understanding of medical terminology (a plus!)
