Contact Center Scheduler, Sr. is responsible for monitoring the contact center workload and scheduling function. Analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Being a Contact Center Scheduler, Sr. utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Maintains and adjusts staffing schedule assignments to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Additionally, Contact Center Scheduler, Sr. may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Scheduler, Sr. occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Job Description:
General Hours are 7:00am-5:00pm with flexibility.
Monday – Friday
Our team is focused on providing a unique patient experience by meeting patients where they are in their healthcare journey. This is an excellent position for someone with a passion for patient services and serving others.
Typical duties include:
Scheduling, rescheduling and canceling appointments, scheduling referral appointments, and verifying patient’s demographical information.
Ensure that sufficient time is allocated to each appointment.
Helpful and courteous when answering telephone calls and instant messaging platforms.
Building and maintaining a good rapport with team members of all clinics and departments as well as external referral needs.
Performs other related duties as assigned, such as assisting patients with MyChart, electronically sending patient forms and tracking them for the clinical teams.
Requirements:
Displays excellent communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational, computer, and telephone skills.
Is an excellent active listener, giving full attention to what other people are saying.
Ability to type and work within computer scheduling platforms.
Clinical experience preferred but not required.
EPIC knowledge and knowledge in medical insurance plans preferred.
Is consistently pleasant and professional with patients and colleagues.
Can handle high call volumes.
Has strong computer navigation skills working across multiple applications.
