Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess strong computer literacy. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals - Provide information about the company, products, and services to clients and visitors - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing - Assist with order entry and maintain inventory of office supplies - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred - Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to proofread documents for accuracy - Ability to transcribe information accurately - Knowledge of office procedures and basic clerical tasks As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be an integral part of our team, providing essential support to ensure smooth operations.
