Job Description
A client of Insight Global's is looking for a Developer to lead over creating an authoring platform for their contact flows.
They will be on a team of 3 people and work with a DevOps Engineer and an Architect to help automate the process from development to production (right now, all stages are manual).
You will have standup meetings M / W / F at 9am and are expected to document, design, implement, Contact Flow Authoring Publishing in an Amazon Connect Environment.
Expectation is to be focusing on implementing the solution 4-6 hours out of the day and the remaining time would be spent communicating status, obstacles, and future tasks (Team Stand Up, Project Scrums, Design sessions).
You will be expected to collaborate with the Dir CaaS, as well as the PM, architects, and DevOps Engineer.
