We are seeking an experienced scheduler to join our fast growing homecare agency in New Haven. This position is a weekends. Schedulers work on-call to juggle schedules, handle call-outs and other emergencies, and assist our caregivers. We are absoltely committed to our clients. You will be the one who solves their problems.
```Duties```
- Answer phone calls and assiste clients
- Match caregivers to clients to provde the best service possible.
- Manage the schedule to optimize efficiency and minimize gaps
- Confirm schedules in be in touch with caregivers during the shift
- Handle emergency situations with clients
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any scheduling concerns or issues
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working in scheduling, preferably in homecare
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
