Contact Center Scheduler, Sr. is responsible for monitoring the contact center workload and scheduling function. Analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Being a Contact Center Scheduler, Sr. utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Maintains and adjusts staffing schedule assignments to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Additionally, Contact Center Scheduler, Sr. may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Scheduler, Sr. occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our Contact Center Specialists eagerly resolve inbound member calls regarding loans, payments, transfers, investment certificates, and new accounts.
Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information
- Logan, Utah
- Flexible schedule Monday through Friday 8 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays 8 : 45 AM 4 : 00 PM
- Part-time, 25 hours per week
- $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance Bonus Incentive
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
- Assist members over the phone with their account needs.
- Process transactions.
- Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
- Provide consistent member follow-up.
- Comply with all regulations as required by law.
- Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
Experience, Education & Certification
- High school diploma required
- Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred.
