Contact Center Scheduling Manager manages the contact center scheduling staff, activities, and goals. Ensures that staff has the information needed to appropriately analyze, forecast, and schedule work for the contact center. Being a Contact Center Scheduling Manager develops and oversees the scheduling systems, including process, policy, and operating structure. Responsible for the volume of work produced based on scheduling, and ensures operational goals are met regarding resource and budget targets. Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Primary focus is on client, office, and field staff schedules
- Manage and update client and staff records in Ada Care
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients regarding appointments and scheduling
- Collaborate with Care Coordinator to ensure efficient scheduling and smooth client flow
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Finding or substituting as replacement for open shifts due to time off, call-ins, or the embellishment of new clients
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a Home care office or medical setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using software systems such as Ada Care or similar systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple schedules simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, clients POA, and staff
- Knowledge of medical terminology, specifically related to Home care/Home Health Care procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
