This state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center is a regional leader in providing quality care in gastroenterology, hepatology, and gastrointestinal endoscopy. This is a non-hospital based outpatient surgical center that promotes quality patient care, utilizes leading procedural technologies, and works closely with each individual patient to ensure speedy recoveries.
Reporting to the Center Administrator, the Endoscopy Center Nurse Manager will oversee a team of 20 FTE’s and is responsible for leading the clinical and administrative operations of the center. This location currently offers 3 state-of-the-art procedural suites and performs more than 7,500 cases each year. The Nurse Manager serves as a clinical expert for the staff, manages center scheduling and staffing, identifies areas of improvement within the facility, develops educational and training programs for staff, ensures compliance with all regulatory standards, and is an active member of various center committees. The Nurse Manager will also work closely with the Center Administrator to manage center budgets, purchasing, and other miscellaneous activities.
