Able to handle multiple line phones, direct calls to different departments, take detailed messages, schedule appointments, confirm appointments, confirm patient insurance and information, answer questions to patients, some insurance authorizations, work at a fast pace, must be detailed, excellent customer service, and handle multiple tasks with constant interruptions.
