Contact Center Scheduling Supervisor leads contact center scheduling function daily activities. Responsible for contact center workforce scheduling to ensure high utilization rate and operational needs. Provides recommendations for improving contact center scheduling and operations. Additionally, Contact Center Scheduling Supervisor advanced analytical skills are typically required. The Contact Center Scheduling Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Contact Center Scheduling Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. As the Supervisor, you'll own the inspections, work with the customers, and coordinate the cleaning crews. You are the right-hand person to the Area Manager.
Pay rate: $18-$19 per hour
Days & Times: Monday to Friday (and every other weekend)
Hours may start as early as 7 am and may work as late as 11 pm; can vary from day to day basis
- hours will be discussed during the interview.
Criminal History check, drug screen, and e-Verify required
Valid driver's license required. Motor Vehicle Report required
Responsibilities:
- Review assignments with Area Manager and maintain contact with Support team.
- Perform site inspections.
- Maintain and establish lines of communication with customers.
- Assist with scheduling cleaning teams.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year (we'd love more!) of supervisory experience
- At least 1 year (we'd love more!) of janitorial experience
- Must maintain a clear driving record.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. on a continuous basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
- Ability to pass background check, MVR, drug screen, and e-Verify.
