This person leads the transaction side of the team by training, consulting, and holding accountable all team agents. Your management objective is to increase the performance of each member of our sales team and help them reach their goals.

The Assistant Team Lead will also help grow the team and is responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good cultural fit for the team.

$60,000 base bonus

• Cooperate with the leadership team on a retention strategy to ensure we keep our top-performing real estate agents

• Plan and direct sales team training
• Track sales and metrics of team agents and develop strategies to improve them
• Have 1:1 meetings with team agents to develop a success plan
• Guides and motivates the team agents to drive sales growth and improve metrics
• Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure agent retention by always improving processes
• Assist the growth team by recruiting realtors that will make excellent team members and align with the team's standards

• The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents
• 3 years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Licensed Real Estate Agent
• Superb communication skills
• Ability to track sales performance and develop plans for growth
• Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor
• Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards
• Proven success as a Real Estate Sales Manager, Team Lead, Assistant Team Lead, or Seasoned Real Estate Agent
