Monitors and evaluates interactions, workflow, and metrics to meet performance standards and sales targets. Being a Contact Center Team Leader (Includes Selling) coaches agents in best practices to respond to customer inquiries using scripts, dialogues, or talking points and how to identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services. Ensures that routine service requests are processed or redirected correctly. Job Description:
The Team Leader Nurse will supervise and coordinate clinical
activities and operational assignments of the Primary Care Team nursing staff,
medical assistant staff, and unit clerk. The Team Leader Nurse will ensure effective team-based care with the
expectation of meeting the standards for Patient Centered Medical Home. The Team Leader Nurse will serve as the point
person for the team, ensuring high quality patient care and access to
services. The Team Leader will provide
direct clinical services to patients.
Educational Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; BS in nursing preferred.
Minimum requirements graduate of Licensed Practical Nursing program.
Experience Required:
Experience in practice coordination, ambulatory care, and/or staff supervision preferred. Demonstrated teamwork,
collaboration, written/verbal communication skills. Experience with EMR; NextGen preferred.
Professional Licensure/Special Skills and Certification Required:
Must be currently licensed as RN or LPN by the MA Board of Registration. BLS required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervise the nursing staff, medical assistants, patient services representatives assigned to the Team.
Reporting Relationship:
Reports directly to the Director of Worcester health Care for the Homeless
