Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.     Our ideal candidate has minimum of 3 years of experience, a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, the willingness to work cohesively within a team, and the ability to work on multiple projects. Additionally, we offer a creative, flexible, supportive and fun environment!
     
    Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Work with multi-disciplinary teams on tasks such as traffic studies, corridor planning, feasibility studies, safety audits, intersection design, traffic signal design, roadway signing and pavement marking plans, and traffic and signal operations analysis.
    • Manage private planning projects
    • Assisting in outside contact and communication pertaining to specific projects.
    • Capital improvement planning including providing cost estimates, feasibility studies, and developing recommendations and innovative solutions
    • Obtaining, analyzing, and interpreting demographic and other regional transportation planning data.
    • Assisting in the preparation or modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, impact studies, permits, and designs for projects.
    • Reviewing construction site to monitor progress and other duties per the contract documents.
    • Serving as on-site project representative.
    Job Requirements
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required)
    • EIT, FE, or PE (not required, but preferred)
    • PTOE (or trending) preferred
    • Knowledge of CADD Software (MicroStation or AutoCAD or OpenRoads)
    • Experienced with NCDOT and/or SCDOT projects
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Valid Driver’s License
