Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. This position is accountable for the processing of incoming and internal referrals from multiple sources. This role ensures that referrals are processed and patients are scheduled for services in a timely and accurate manner. Accountable for scheduling single appointments, multiple patient appointments with multiple providers, complex patient procedures, etc. Ensures delivery of appropriate patient information and communicates appropriate exam information, appointment times and exam prep instructions (if indicated). Coordinates scheduling related communication with physician offices, clinics, other hospital departments and patients. This position completes pre- registration at the time of scheduling and verifies receipt of all required documentation from the referral source.
POSITION DETAILS: Part time, 40 hours per pay period.
PAY RANGE: $18.70-$27.80
