Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     First Bank of Montana is hiring a Credit Analyst to be an integral part of our team. The position can be located in either our Lewistown, Montana or Fairfield, Montana location!     DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The successful candidate will have extensive contact with bank staff as well as with external customers.. He/She will be expected to conduct him/herself in a manner that will enhance the overall efficiency and image of the bank. It will be required to build and maintain rapport with co-workers in order to complete tasks in a timely manner while following all policy and regulatory requirements.

    Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Dodd-Frank Act, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a score of 85% or greater by due date.

    Credit Analyst Essential Job Functions:

    • Perform Credit/Financial Analysis duties and support as assigned for the Commercial Loan Department.
    • Accurate and prompt analysis of financial statements and tax returns with to-the-point written narratives. Meet turnaround goals set by management.
    • Work with loan teams to monitor and follow-up on files to be sure financial information is being requested per policy guidelines.
    • Maintain and monitor all loans with Borrowing Base Certificates. Ensure accurate calculations with recommendations to the loan officer for action.
    • Assist the department in managing the technical exception reporting and correction process. Prepare and maintain a technical exception log for critical and technical exceptions.
    • Keep current on loan programs and lending (federal and state) regulations as well as all compliance and bank policies and procedures. Participate in the preparation and presentation of all commercial training sessions.
    • Assist Department Manager with various assigned tasks such as research requests for loan reviews, non-accrual/charge off entries, recommendation and implementation of new department procedures/practices, and acting as a back-up on various general duties. Provide various additional knowledge and support to the Commercial, Consumer, Loan Servicing and Collection departments as needed.
    • Assist lending teams with outside calls, collateral inspections/valuations and other duties as assigned.

    • Perform job functions in compliance with all company policies and procedures, federal and state rules and regulations as applicable to the position, including, but not limited to BSA/AML, OFAC and GLBA/privacy rules.
    • Keep management appropriately informed of area activities and of any significant problems.
    • Participate in community service and bank sponsored activities that serve and support the mission and values of First Bank of Montana.
    • Provide superior internal and external customer service: must demonstrate self-governance, courtesy, and respect toward external customers as well as internal customers (all organization personnel).
    • Represent First Bank of Montana in a professional manner which includes a professional image, confidentiality, a positive "can-do" attitude, good attendance, punctuality, flexibility and adaptability in meeting bank and customer needs. Keep work area tidy and maintain customer privacy. Attend and participate in meetings as required.
    • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job in order to accomplish, among other things, in-person contact with customers and lenders.

    About You

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • One year banking experience preferred
    • One year sales and customer service experience preferred
    • Previous lending related experience and/or education preferred

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY:

    • Ability to work quickly and accurately
    • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. and the ability to learn new systems/applications
    • Ability to understand financial analysis (i.e. financial statements, tax returns, and business plans)
    • Ability to have a broad knowledge of banking regulations

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise level.

Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation.

    Specific lifting abilities required by this job include: Light work. The employee is constantly required to stand and walk. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

    Specific vision abilities required by this job include: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes.

    Must be capable of occasional travel (less than 10 days per year) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities.
