Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.     JOB TITLE: Traffic Control Flagger

    DEPARTMENT: Traffic Management

    REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

    CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt (Hourly)

    HOURS PER WEEK: Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm

    Full-Time 40 hours (Overtime Eligible)

    Part-Time 16 – 24 hours

    PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Direct Deposit

    ABOUT CRITICAL TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT

    Critical Traffic Management provides professional Traffic Control Flaggers, and Traffic Control Planning in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Our team of Flaggers are detail orientated and provide the safest environment to construction crews and motorists.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    As a Traffic Control Flagger for CTM you will be responsible for managing all aspects of traffic flow, site safety, effective communication with others, identifying possible hazards and unsafe situations, and appropriate deployment of road construction signs.

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Traffic Flow: Effectively manage the movement of construction crews, motorists, and pedestrians to ensure their safety using hand signals, direction signs, and verbal communication.
    • Site Safety: Routinely monitor traffic conditions and your surroundings to make sure any hazards or potential hazards are effectively reported to site supervisors in a timely manner.
    • Communicate With Others: Effectively communicate, using plain/simple language, with others to ensure they understand what you’re explaining to them. Topics of explanation include but are not limited to traffic flow, hazardous conditions, safety concerns, and administrative work functions such as time off. Must also be able to use a two-way radio, “walkie-talkie”.
    • Equipment Deployment: Understanding the appropriate ways to place temporary road construction signs when needed, as well as breaking down and storing temporary construction signs when not in use.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    • Active Driver’s License
    • Reliable daily transportation
    • Communication and observation skills
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time
    • Ability to work in all types of New England weather

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS (FOR TOP PAY)

    • Active Traffic Control Certification (ATSSA or other)
    • 1 year of experience as a Traffic Control Flagger
    • Knowledge of road construction materials and equipment

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
