Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Certified Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS)

    POSITION SUMMARY: The primary duty of the Traffic Control Supervisor is to coordinate and inspect traffic control set-ups for conformance with approved traffic control plans, MUTCD guidelines and local entity requirements. Also conducts pre-worksite inspections, to provide necessary information to design Traffic Control Plans and attends or conducts job site meetings with contractors and engineers to ensure that the traffic control system provided is meeting the customer’s needs.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

    • Valid driver’s license
    • Valid Flagger & Traffic Control Supervisor Card
    • 3 years of experience as a Certified Traffic Control Supervisor.
    • Excellent judgment; strong sense of urgency and unyielding integrity/ethics.
    • Proven history of honoring commitments.
    • Proven ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment; team player.
    • Ability to load and unload equipment from truck independently.
    • Ability to read, implement and adjust traffic plans; communicate recommendations.
    • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills; heavy attention to detail required.
    • Keep daily work logs on company iPad with accurate timesheet tracking, detailed narratives of days work, and inventory logs in compliance with contractors, agencies, and company policy.
    • Ability to conduct oneself in a manner that promotes a professional atmosphere and ensure that the encounter with both internal and external customers is an above-average experience.

    Pay: $24 - $34.56 per hour with cash fringe paid on prevailing wage jobs.
