Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. What You’ll Do:
Day in the Life - Every
day you answer calls, chat requests and emails from our external and internal
customers to assist them with general account questions, debit cards, online
banking and fraud working within a fast-paced call center environment. You will
help clients by verifying account information, assisting with transactions, educating
them on German American products and services, as well as guide them when they
are not sure where to go next by engaging in friendly, meaningful
conversations.
