We are looking to hire General Labor/Flagger team members to help us safeguard the roads of America! Below is a quick snapshot of pay / benefits / and position description.

POSITION SUMMARY: The flagger/general laborers will perform flagging duties in the field, unload and load supplies and equipment for company and vendor trucks, keep shop and yard organized, assist with pickups and deliveries.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Works out in the field performing flagging duties for traffic control.
• Lifts, carries, loads and unloads various construction items including line painting supplies, signs, tools, steel, aluminum, wood and hardware, etc.
• Prepares, cleans and sweeps work areas and maintain a neat, orderly, work environment.
• Organizing inventory and shelves
• Ensure yard is organized and kept clean.
• Assist with product inventory
• Ensure all safety rules and procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Perform other work related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Valid Drivers License
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test, DOT Physical, background check
• Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to understand and follow directions as given
• Excellent attendance required, dependable transportation, good work ethic
