Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst, Sr. analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst, Sr. ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst, Sr. utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Summary

    Responsible for scheduling Refined Products on various Energy Transfer Refined Products Pipelines

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Scheduling Refined Products on various Energy Transfer Refined Product Pipelines.
    • Accountable for issuing daily scheduling orders to Control Center, field personnel, terminal operators and customers in a timely and accurate fashion.
    • In charge of receiving, analyzing, and determining acceptance of shipper nominations by working closely with the Monthly Pipeline Scheduler.
    • Directly responsible for verifying daily activities for each customer from origin to destination prior to and after the close of financial system.
    • Works closely with shippers, operation coordinators, pipe line controllers, engineers and field personnel to coordinate events in pipeline activity that affect the movement of product.
    • Communicate system capabilities and deficiencies each month to various groups.
    • Provide analytical support when necessary to Business Development, and other departments on projects for continuous
    • improvement and business growth.

    Requirements:

    Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The
    requirements for this position are listed below:

    • 5-8 years of equivalent work experience. and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • General knowledge of Refined Product pipelines and tank farm operations.
    • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written), strong customer focus and good interpersonal skills.
    • Must be extremely flexible and able to adapt quickly to changes resulting from pipeline interruptions or refinery changes.
    • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills required.
    • Proficiency using PC applications, specifically Excel
    • Ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.

    Working Conditions: 

    The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

    • Usually, normal office working conditions.  
    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.  
    • Occasional overnight travel may be required
