• This position will serve as an Informatica Administrator on work efforts for Truist’s Web Engineering team. This individual will be under limited supervision. As a part of this organization, the individual will be responsible for design, integration, installation, testing, configuration, and support of solutions within Truist’s Informatica PowerCenter product area. This position will author organization-wide standards, procedures, and processes to optimize the overall efficiency, health and effectiveness of the associated services provided by the web engineering Informatica application team. This position will perform installation, configuration, security audits, system maintenance, upgrades, and serve as the escalation point for incident management and problem management. The position should have a balanced combination of intermediate to advanced level administration, design, and security experience in Informatica PowerCenter and related technologies. This position is highly technical in nature and at times requires off-shift, on-call, and weekend work. The on premise infrastructure includes AIX 7.2 operating systems on Power 8 servers, and several supporting database platforms (DB2, Oracle, SQLServer and others as required). On premise implementations will utilize VM based solutions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide in depth technical expertise and direction in the installation, configuration, security, auditing, development, and support of the Informatica PowerCenter services and systems.
2. Work closely with domain experts to understand business objectives to analyze functional requirements and assist with the design of systems architecture.
3. Coordinate, communicate and work in conjunction with all teams but not limited to architecture, infrastructure, storage, database, networking, auditing, cyber security, code development, deployments, change planning and implementation, and disaster recovery.

5. Assist production engineering with system tuning, optimization maintenance and support of the applications within the production environment.
6. Provide escalation support for the Change, Release, Incident, Request and Configuration Management processes for Truist’s Informatica technologies and services.
7. Develop and maintain documentation for assigned initiatives and supporting infrastructure.
8. Develop expertise in management tools, working closely with peers and customers to determine their strategic information requirements and to measure performance against expectations.
9. Serve as a mentor to team members, assisting with learning processes, procedures, and standards within the web team and providing guidance on work efforts.
10. Serve as the Informatica PowerCenter resource on POC work, reporting the results and recommendations to management.
11. Develop and maintain written standards to be approved for use on Informatica implementations at Truist.
12. Stay abreast of industry developments and solutions that deal with Informatica PowerCenter/middleware-based solutions.
13. Maintain platform roadmaps, keeping information current relating to version management and support information such as end of support (EOS) and end of life (EOL).
14. Collaborate and partner with peer teams to identify risk and security gaps and concerns. Develop remediation plans to present to management including costs, required resources and timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field
2. Seven to ten years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter middleware technologies, on prem VM based solutions, (PowerCenter, PowerExchange, DataQuality)
3. Three to five years of experience in cloud implementations of Informatica PowerCenter
4. Experience with the installation, configuration, and integration of multi-environment deployments in these product areas.
5. Collaborate and partner with peer teams to identify risk and security gaps and concerns and develop remediation plans to present to management including costs, required resources and timelines.
6. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, troubleshoot, and execute with strong problem-solving skills.
7. Demonstrated ability to cooperate with other related work teams across geographically dispersed locations.
8. Provide excellent customer service, oral and written communication within a business and technical context, with ability to present technology requests and designs to associates and management.
9. Actual experience with security technologies.
10. Actual experience with Load Balance and Fire Wall technologies.
11. Proficient in Unix programming/script languages and ability to develop systems and program interfaces.
12. Knowledge of Red Hat, AIX, and Windows Operating Systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field
2. Seven to ten years of IT experience developing and implementing business systems within an organization
3. Five to seven years of experience working with defect or incident tracking software
4. Five to seven years of experience writing technical documentation in a software development environment.
