    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with stakeholders to document and create various customer communication journeys for Mobility, Broadband, and Wireless Broadband customers.
    • Ensure consistency across brand voice, look, and feel in customer communications.
    • Work with cross-functional partners to develop a detailed view of customer communications by journey.
    • Analyze customer survey data to inform the direction and focus of communication efforts.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders in Mobility and Broadband CX, Design, Technology, Advertising, and program/product managers to inform the future state of communications.
    • Support the commitment to create an exceptional customer experience by improving communications and brand relevance and differentiation.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with journey mapping and mural.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in conducting end-to-end gap analysis, measurement, change management, strategy alignment, and creativity to optimize the consumer experience.
    • Ability to lead experience workshops to formulate recommended solutions and gain consumer insights to optimize the customer experience.
