Strong storytelling skills with the ability to elicit emotion and a compelling ask. Collaborates well in teams with ability to consolidate and resolve competing feedback. Strong research capabilities. Adobe Creative Suite and/or basic Graphic Design skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude. Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and learn about the industry and the audience. Ability to develop working knowledge of our programs and services to understand how the people we support, and their families may experience our services. Donor Content: Work with the Advancement Team to develop compelling content to engage donors through donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts. Process: Working with marketing team and internal partners to define content needs and story opportunities and maintaining a content calendar that schedules and syndicates efforts. Research: Conducting research on any given topic and track industry statistics aligned to our Case for Support Brand: Helping to create and maintain style guides to ensure they are consistent and clear.
