Additionally, Content Manager - Web designs methodologies used to analyze content consumption data and to define content needs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Content Manager - Web manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. The Web Content Operations Specialist is a dynamic role that leads our global web experience practice for IDEAL Industries, Inc. This role blends digital branding, user experience, personalization, and web executions for a set of global businesses in the IDEAL family. They will be responsible for developing web experiences, building customer journeys, and making strategic and data driven updates. They will need to help develop and understand multiple brand identities and paths to purchase on digital. The Web Content Operations Specialist works closely with the Marketing Managers from each business to create experiences in a way that help IDEAL achieve its objectives. The position reports to the Director of Digital Marketing.
