The Content Manager - Web manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Content Manager - Web typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     The Opportunity. The Web Content Specialist will assist in managing content and day-to-day updates via Magento (CMS) Admin.


    The Job.

    • Help Create, Edit and Manage Product Catalog within our CMS platforms
    • Will work with business partners, clients (internal and external), project teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to manage content for our customers.
    • Responsible for ensuring all customer-facing material is implemented correctly and efficiently and defects are completed per SLA timelines.
    • Responsible for reviewing, writing, and managing content requirements.
    • Ensure that content and other site features function correctly.

    Requirements

     

    · Working knowledge of graphic design, webpage construction, web usability best practices/standards.

    · Understanding of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and JavaScript. Magento experience a plus.

    · Microsoft Excel knowledge

    · Ability to multitask 

    · Self-starter with the ability to work alone or with a team

    · 1-2 years of Content Management System experience. 

    · 1-4 years of Analytics experience

    · A/B testing experience

    · A passion for digital technologies and an inquiring mind that brings new ideas and new thinking to the organization.

    · Resourceful and tenacious to find solutions and drive project to completion.

    · Requires some after-hours and/or weekend commitment as projects and website production releases require.

    · The individual should be a self-started with strong problem-solving skills.

    · Extremely pro-active, anticipating needs and staying out ahead of them.

    · Extremely organized with unfailing attention to detail.

    · Adept at learning and applying new technologies.
