Leads the research, coordination, and editorial work of curators and writers. Being a Content Manager - Web ensures that established branding and style guidelines are implemented correctly. Develops relationships with vendors and other sources needed to produce the quantity and quality of required content and negotiate terms and pricing. Additionally, Content Manager - Web designs methodologies used to analyze content consumption data and to define content needs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Content Manager - Web manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Content Manager - Web typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Our Digital Team is seeking an experienced WordPress Web Developer to work remotely within our company footprint.
This role is responsible for bringing the web design vision to life by developing WordPress websites and ensuring clear communication with colleagues and clients. You'll manage static sites with Github and Netlify and enhance WordPress sites with new features tailored to client needs and strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
