Digital Content Strategy Development:
· Develop and implement comprehensive digital content strategies encompassing SEM, social media, and other digital channels, aligned with the organization's goals and target audience preferences.
· Conduct thorough audience research, competitor research, and content audits to identify opportunities for optimization across digital platforms.
· Establish content guidelines, editorial calendars, and workflows to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of digital content.
Digital Content Creation and Management:
· Oversee the creation, production, and optimization of digital content across various channels, including SEM campaigns, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
· Develop messaging frameworks and creative concepts that resonate with target audiences across different digital platforms.
· Lead the development of compelling, customer-centric digital content across various formats, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
Project Management and Collaboration:
· Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align digital content strategy with business objectives and customer needs.
· Lead creative brainstorming sessions and stay abreast of industry trends to drive innovation in digital content strategy and execution.
· Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor in digital content strategy and execution.
· Assist as a client point of contact for communications of routine clients projects
· Proactively identify opportunities for business growth and address client needs related to digital content strategy and performance.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
· Ensure strategies have a measurement framework to assess the performance of digital content initiatives, including SEM campaigns, social media efforts, and other digital channels.
· Monitor performance metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital content strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
· Develop AB testing strategies and measurement plans to continuously improve digital content performance and drive business results.
