Role specifications
As a content marketer, this role will lead development and execution of comprehensive content marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, support lead generation, and engage our target audience through various avenues including PR, Product Marketing Collateral, Social Media, Email content and ad banners as well as overall website content. Experience in B2B content marketing for the Financial Services industry will be critical to success in this role.
This will be predominantly a work from office position - 5 days a week (Andheri-East, Mumbai).
Key responsibilities will include:
Design content marketing strategies based on business objectives, target audience and market trends
Create content across multiple formats including brochures, battlecards, flyers, articles, case studies, infographics, videos, webinars, website, social media etc.
Be the custodian of all PR communication as well as Social Media posts
Work closely with product teams to build Product Marketing Content
Collaborate with Performance marketing & Email Marketing team to optimize content
Regularly optimize content to maximize reach, engagement and performance
Develop and implement keyword strategies, optimize content for search engines, and improve organic visibility and ranking
Plan and execute content distribution across various channels to expand reach and drive traffic
Recommend new trends, channels or opportunities to improve our content marketing effectiveness

Experience and Skills
Bachelors degree in marketing, mass media, communications or related field
5- 7 years of post-qualification work experience in B2B content marketing
Quick understanding of commercial aspects of business
