The Frontier Justice eCommerce Content Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and
optimizing the product catalog on our eCommerce platform. Your focus will be on driving product
visibility, optimizing listings, analyzing trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to
enhance the overall customer experience and maximize sales.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Product Catalog Management. Curate and maintain the product catalog, ensuring accurate product
information, pricing, categorization, attribution, and imagery.
2. Optimization of Product Listings: Optimize product listings for SEO, ensuring high visibility
and conversion rates.
3. Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate insights to improve product
performance and sales strategies.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and purchasing teams to coordinate promotions, ensure
adequate stock levels, and execute marketing strategies.
5. User Experience Enhancement: Continuously enhance the online shopping experience by suggesting
improvements and implementing innovative solutions.
6. Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analysis to understand market trends and
identify opportunities for growth.
7. Cross-functional Communication: Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on product
launches, promotions, and overall eCommerce strategy.
8. Platform Optimization: Stay updated with eCommerce platform updates, tools, and features to
leverage them for improved performance.
