We are seeking a skilled UX Content Strategist to join our team. As a UX Content Strategist Intern, you will play a key role in improving the user experience across our digital platforms. You will work closely with our digital team to develop and implement content strategies that align with our goals and enhance the overall user experience.

· Develop and implement content strategies for the City of Midland's digital platforms.

· Collaborate with the digital team to create user-friendly content that meets the needs of our residents and visitors.

· Conduct content audits and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

· Create and maintain content style guides and templates.

· Write, edit, and proofread content for the City of Midland's website.

· Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and accessibility standards.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX and content strategy.

· Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, UX Design, or related field.

· Educational background, certifications, or completed courses in UX design, content strategy, or related fields.

· Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

· Experience with content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools.

· Knowledge of UX design principles and best practices.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Attention to detail and a passion for creating great user experiences.

· Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
