We are looking for a savvy content specialist to develop the marketing & communications content for Stewart Moving & Storage. As a content specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and engaging with our target audiences (both internal and external) through captivating content within our established brand standard and voice. Working closely with the marketing director, you will be responsible for producing high-quality written and visual content across various platforms. Your creativity and strategic mindset will be essential in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

To ensure success as a content specialist, you should show a keen eye for detail and be highly creative. A skilled content specialist should be expert storytellers and possess excellent knowledge of consumer and content trends.

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging and informative written content, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, email newsletters, and press releases.
• Create visually appealing content such as infographics, videos, and images to enhance the storytelling experience and capture audience attention.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform content creation efforts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and information for content development.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve discoverability and drive organic traffic to our digital platforms.
• Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of content across all channels.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize engagement and conversion.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in content marketing and digital storytelling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, preferably within the moving and storage industry or a related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
