    Who we’re looking for:

    As a Content Migration Specialist for Smart Sites, you will be responsible for seamlessly transferring digital content from various sources to our clients' websites. You’re someone who has meticulous attention to detail, a keen eye for design and structure, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will be a vital member of our team, contributing to the enhancement of website functionality and user experience through your expertise in content management and migration. 

    This role will include: 

    • Reviewing the assigned website, identifying the key components, and moving existing content efficiently all while keeping customer satisfaction in mind
    • Understanding and complying with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and following best practices
    • Ensuring consistency and accuracy of content during the migration process, including proofreading and editing as needed
    • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to content migration, collaborating with the tech team when necessary
    • Conducting quality assurance checks to verify the successful completion of content migration, including functionality, formatting, and hyperlinks
    • Upholding project timelines and meeting deadlines, adapting to changing priorities and maintaining a high level of productivity

    Our ideal candidate will have the following:

    • 1-2 years of previous experience with content migration
    • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university preferred
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus
