Are you a wordsmith with a passion for storytelling, a knack for creativity, and an understanding of digital trends? As a Dynamic Digital Content Specialist at Smart ERC, you'll have the exciting opportunity to craft engaging and innovative digital content that captivates audiences, drives engagement, and supports our brand's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop compelling and creative digital content, including articles, blog posts, social media content, videos, infographics, and more, to engage and resonate with our target audience.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop content strategies that align with business goals and resonate with our brand identity.
- Digital Channels: Manage and curate content across various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and more, ensuring consistency and relevance.
- Email Campaigns: Create captivating email content that engages subscribers, nurtures leads, and supports our email marketing efforts. Craft compelling subject lines, body text, and calls-to-action to drive open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. A/B test email content to optimize performance.
- SMS Marketing: Develop SMS content that is concise, relevant, and tailored to mobile audiences. Coordinate SMS marketing campaigns to deliver timely and impactful messages, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Social Media Content: Craft engaging social media posts, captions, and stories across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Develop content calendars, schedule posts, and actively engage with followers to foster community and enhance brand loyalty.
- Web Copy: Collaborate with the web development team to create and update website content, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and messaging strategy. Optimize web copy for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- SEO Optimization: Incorporate SEO best practices to maximize content visibility and search engine rankings.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience feedback and engagement, fostering meaningful conversations and relationships.
- Content Calendar: Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Analytics and Insights: Use data and analytics to measure content performance, identify trends, and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with digital content trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to keep our content fresh and innovative.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital content creation, with at least 6 years in a specialist or similar role.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying at the forefront of digital trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
