Overview:
We are seeking an experience Web Content Specialist/Web Developer to support our Department of Homeland Security (DHS) customer. The candidate have a Secret Clearance and DHS suitability or ability to obtain DHS suitability.

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 year degree/certificate in a technical field such as computer science or IT management, or 3 years additional IT experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Active DHS suitability or the ability to obtain suitability.
• Active clearance with any Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agency or active secret security clearance.
• Must have experience with HTML/CSS/AJAX/jQuery coding.
• Minimum one (1) year experience with REST APIs
• Experience with JavaScript
• Experience with XML
• Experience with JSON
• Must have Microsoft SharePoint experience, including knowledge of lists, libraries, and workflows.
• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Must have Database development experience.
• Must have Web based design experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the team with cataloging, storing, retrieving, and generating a variety of information, documentation, and briefings.
• Support IT professionals to ensure connectivity to the internet and DHS intranet.
• Assist with using shelf applications such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and other DHS applications to maintain and develop databases, briefings, spreadsheets, and documents.
• Provide Local Area Network (LAN) and Web administration services.
• Support communication and outreach efforts within the TSL and parent organizations.
• Provide programming support for an internal suite of collaboration websites and applications.
• Manager SharePoint Client-side development, Lists, Libraries, and Workflows.
• Assist with database development, web based design, and coding.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field.
