We are looking for Head of Content who is equal parts content marketer, copywriter and storyteller, and digital technologist to join our team, reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing content plans that align with the patient’s journey and crafting the corresponding assets, including digital ads, social content, blog posts, bylines, newsletters, videos, and interactive web experiences – with an eye toward brand awareness, ongoing conversion, and continuous optimization. You should be a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team and have a passion for writing, storytelling, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be data-informed to ensure we are looking at the entire ecosystem of content production to output relevant data, tracking success rates on outputs, and ensuring we are leveraging this data within our approach.
Job Overview
As the Head of Content, you will be an integrator across content development, production, and performance that impacts the entire Aspen Dental organization, internally and externally. You’ll be the champion and challenger of content strategy, systems, and deployment—ensuring all goals/objectives, input and optimization are accounted for. The Head of Content also plays a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence and ensuring our messaging resonates with our target audience.
