Title: Social Media Manager and Content Creator
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
Overview: The digital content manager drives brand equity, awareness, and acquisition for King Swings by creating and executing social media and digital content. As an integral part of the marketing team, you will partner with cross-functional teams such as sales, digital marketing, creative, and 3rd party agencies.
We seek a dynamic and strategic content manager with a genuine passion for creating original digital content for King Swings. This full-time hybrid role is based in the Parkesburg, PA, office.
Responsibilities:
Content Development & Execution
● Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistency and quality in messaging.
● Create and manage social content for all relevant platforms, for all relevant platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
● Produce on-trend and unique content and campaigns that follow brand guidelines and are in line with the taste level of CMO and Creative Director.
Customer Experience
● Responsible for monitoring social channel engagement - including responding to customer comments/questions and passing leads to customer service.
● Foster a sense of community among followers through meaningful interactions.
● Work with digital marketing to ensure all featured products have trackable links.
● Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the brand’s product, customers, and policies.
● Apply attribution best practices to image usage rights, copywriting & social media posts to ensure legal compliance.
Customer Engagement
● Monitor posts daily, using immediate feedback to adjust future content to learnings.
● Establish and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track social media performance and engagement.
● Recap social performance weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually using provided tools and organic platform resources to help inform strategy.
●Stay abreast of the social media landscape, developments, and trends.
● Implement new features and formats to enhance online presence and engagement.
Influencer Collaboration
● Identify potential influencers and partners for collaboration in promoting the brand or its products/services.
● Reach out to influencers and negotiate partnerships, including sponsored content and collaborations.
● Develop creative briefs for campaigns.
● Maintain the master list with all influencers and their scorecards.
Social Listening
● Maintain a pulse on customer feedback through social media listening, email/chat/call data, customer reviews, surveys, and sales team feedback.
● Analyze what customers say about the business, products, and services and turn them into actionable insights on a set interval.
● Ensure the voice of customer (VoC) is represented in the planning and execution of all marketing to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications
● 3 - 5 years of experience in organic social media marketing at a retail/ e-commerce organization or agency
● Experience in crafting and implementing social media strategies on social platforms
● Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and Linkedin required.
● Experience with Sprout Social and Hubspot is a plus
● Knowledgeable of developments and trends in social media
● Excellent copywriting and proofing skills
● Attention to detail and proven time management and organization skills
● Innovative and excited to bring ideas to the table
● Self-motivated and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously
● A positive and high-energy individual
