Your Role
We are looking for a content specialist to create social media footage. This individual will be a creative and performance-driven person comfortable being on camera and talking about intimate women's health issues like vaginal health and PMS. This person will have deep understanding of the style of social media (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) and how content on those platform looks. They will be skilled with using a smartphone camera to create many variations on content.
They will also manage the network of content creators that the company has built. They will draft creative footage briefs, outreach to existing and new creators, and provide feedback and guidance to creators before sending footage to the marketing team for use in commercial materials. They will be friendly and hyper organized about handling multiple conversations with people over long periods of time.

The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $50,000 - $65,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
