    We are seeking an experienced SEO & Content Strategy Specialist to join our growing Digital Marketing and Strategy team. As an integral part of the team, you will work directly with a diverse portfolio of client accounts, using your expertise to craft content and SEO strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate demand, and ultimately achieve our clients' business goals. The ideal candidate will have agency experience and can excel both independently and collaboratively.


    Responsibilities:
    Content Strategy:: :
    • Evaluate existing content and perform gap analyses to develop content topics and categories that resonate with the target audience and improve search positions.
    • Collaborate with client subject matter experts to create content topics and outlines for content production teams.
    • Conduct competitive and industry analyses to ensure our clients' content is competitive and compelling.
    • Identify the web components necessary for effective content delivery within a best-in-class user experience.
    • Support the Senior Strategist in defining digital strategies that result in a world-class web experience.
    • Define KPIs, set targets, continually monitor, and measure the effectiveness of SEO and content strategies, providing regular analysis and insights to key stakeholders.
    SEO Assessments::
    • Ensure that content is optimized to the latest search engine standards and updates.
    • Stay updated on insights, trends, and innovations in organic and paid search.
    • Perform keyword analysis to create an effective keyword strategy.
    • Conduct site audits using tools such as Moz, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
    • Deliver presentations to educate clients about the results of audits and analyses.
    • Provide engineering-ready requirements for various SEO aspects, including page speed, site performance, mobile-first indexing, SERP, Schema Markup, and more.
    • Effectively communicate and adhere to project timelines, ensuring key stakeholders are informed of progress and that all necessary elements are in place for successful launches.
    Reporting:
    • Develop comprehensive reports outlining organic search performance and provide recommendations on improving performance based on organizational goals.



    Qualifications::
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a digital marketing agency or similar role.
    • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Moz, Ahrefs, and analytics tools.
    • Strong writing and editing skills with a deep understanding of content marketing.
    • Knowledge of HTML and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of SEO trends and best practices.
