Content Specialist, Sr. curates content used for a variety of web, mobile, and other platforms. Researches, coordinates, edits, and integrates the work of writers and designers to produce layouts that meet established branding and style guidelines. Being a Content Specialist, Sr. organizes content in a way that makes sense/is most useful for target customers. Stays up-to-date on best practices and make recommendations for content strategy. Additionally, Content Specialist, Sr. analyzes content needs and studies content consumption data to optimize content. Identifies and tracks metrics to measure the success of content curation efforts. Develops a schedule for updates, archiving, and ongoing production of content. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Content Specialist, Sr. occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Preferred 100% onsite in Colonial Heights, VA
    - Can work with less than 40 hours per week if area of responsibility is maintained

    Interview Process: 1st is Phone Screen followed by Final onsite interview
     
    • Responsible for the planning of maintenance repair and reliability work using SAP Notifications and Work Order Processes.
    • Oversees all aspects of maintenance planning including material selection, procurement, and purchases. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of work orders.
    • Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of work orders via schedule attainment and craftsperson backlog.
    • May require a bachelor's degree and at least 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
    • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    • Performs a variety of tasks.
    • Leads and directs the work of others.
    • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
