Additionally, Content Specialist, Sr. analyzes content needs and studies content consumption data to optimize content. Identifies and tracks metrics to measure the success of content curation efforts. Develops a schedule for updates, archiving, and ongoing production of content. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Content Specialist, Sr. occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of employee pay and for assisting with the accurate and timely administration of employee benefit and retirement programs. This position requires in-office work in our Cranberry Township office; this position may transition to a 3-day/week in office and 2-day/week remote position after key metrics are achieved.
