What We Need:

We are looking for a Data Content Specialist to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team.

What You Will Do:

• Manage all standard and partnership data across HNI Workplace Furnishings brands including Allsteel, HON, Gunlocke, HBF, HBF Textiles.
• Manage all standard and partnership data across all surface materials including textiles, paints, stains, laminates, etc.
• Work with HNI brands to ensure all customer-facing textile and finish data is displaying properly across web platforms.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to convey CMF requirements and updates.
• Manage and maintain surface materials library.

What You Have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience or familiarity with HNI product preferred.
• 1 year data entry experience.

What You’re Good At:

• Excellent data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team orientation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficient with Adobe Suite software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
